Garrett H. Kuroda is an Associate in the Office Properties Division in the Honolulu office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Garrett specializes in the Landlord and Tenant representation of not only local companies, but mainland corporations as well. Since joining CBRE in 2006, he has been involved in the leasing of the office properties in the Kapalama and Kakaako portfolios of Kamehameha Schools, as well as the office holdings of notable landlords such as Arroyo Realty Partners and the Watumull Brothers, Ltd.
Licensed in 2003, Garrett primarily focused on tenant representation while utilizing the skills that he acquired as finance major at the University of Hawaii. Having cut his teeth representing start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, he dedicated himself to learning the anatomy of each deal, and what it means to the client.
Having recently acquired the experience of representing landlords, Garrett now has the ability to be sensitive and accurate in determining creative and expedient solutions on behalf of a Landlord, from an acute Tenant perspective.
