Giovanni has leased/managed over 2.8 million square feet of retail, office and investment properties on Maui. Giovanni’s experience includes the representation of landlords/tenants/buyers/sellers, property management and project management for a variety of development projects.
While focusing on sales and leasing of industrial and investment property, he also has extensive experience in retail and office leasing.
