Ken Sandefur joined CB Richard Ellis in 2003 as Vice President of Client Advisory Services. Client Advisory Services mission statement is "Offer clients the opportunity to have an experienced trusted advisor to manage their real estate transactions, consulting and business brokerage business, initializing the CB Richard Ellis network of people, platform and services, to ensure that the process of executing their requirements while maximizing their value received."
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Ken was Vice President for AT & T, for which he worked for over 35 years. As the leader of AT&T Hawaii, Ken was a very active member of the Hawaii Community for 18 years prior to joining CB Richard Ellis. Some of his prior affiliations were Hawaii Business Roundtable, advisory board to University of Hawaii College of Engineering, Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, Bishop Museum, Aloha United Way, American Red Cross, Assets School and The Honolulu Symphony.
