Kim Lord is the Managing Director in charge of Retail Services in Hawaii; which includes asset services and leasing. Ms. Lord aligns very closely with the CBRE Retail Services national platform to offer clients a full spectrum of services, which in addition to asset services and leasing, includes strategic planning, capital markets, finance, and financial consulting. Ms. Lord works closely with retail clients, creating an overall strategy for their asset or portfolio of assets, then places the individuals and professionals locally and throughout the CBRE network that will deliver measurable results and enhanced asset productivity for each customized assignment.
Joining CBRE in 2001 as a Partner, Ms. Lord’s prior position was Senior Vice President of Retail Asset Services in Hawaii. In this role, Ms. Lord supervised and developed best practices for clients, specializing services specific to the needs of a varied mix of product types including: open air centers, enclosed malls, mixed used, lifestyle, resort/hospitality, and luxury assets. Ms. Lord was integral in the development of our Resort Retail Services Division, a retail specialty group focusing on resort properties, tourist driven centers, hotels, and tenant representation.
