Kim Lord was appointed to the position of Managing Director for Asset Services for CBRE’s Hawaii Region in 2009. At approximately 9.2 million square feet, CBRE’s Asset Services Group is the largest in the state of Hawaii.
As Managing Director, Ms. Lord works closely with CBRE clients in the retail, office and industrial specialties to create an overall strategy for their asset, or portfolio of assets. She is known for her consistent ability to place the right professionals locally on each customized assignment to maximize results. In addition, her deep knowledge of the CBRE services platform allows her to access the entire CBRE network to ensure the delivery of measurable results and enhanced asset productivity.
In addition to these responsibilities, Ms. Lord will also continue to serve as Managing Direct Retail Services in Hawaii, overseeing both asset services and leasing. She also serves as a leader of the Company’s National Strategic Retail Advisory Team.
Joining CBRE in 2001, Ms. Lord’s prior position was Senior Vice President of Retail Asset Services in Hawaii. In this role, she supervised and developed best practices for clients, specializing services specific to the needs of a variety of product types including open air centers, enclosed malls, mixed use, lifestyle, resort/hospitality, and luxury assets. Ms. Lord was integral in the development of CBRE’s Resort Retail Services Division, a retail specialty group focusing on resort properties, tourist driven centers, hotels, and tenant representation.
