Kim Lord is Senior Managing Director of CBRE in Hawaii.

Kim Lord was appointed Managing Director – Institutional Services for the State of Hawaii in July 2011.  Ms. Lord oversees the delivery of Brokerage, Project Management and Asset Services to CBRE’s property-owner clients throughout the state.  In addition, she coordinates with CBRE’s Capital Markets professionals in delivering debt and equity solutions to these clients. 

Prior to her current role, Ms. Lord served as Managing Director for Asset Services, working closely with CBRE clients in the retail, office and industrial specialties to create an overall strategy for their asset, or portfolio of assets. She is known for her consistent ability to place the right professionals locally on each customized assignment to maximize results. In addition, her deep knowledge of the CBRE services platform allows her to access the entire CBRE network to ensure the delivery of measurable results and enhanced asset productivity.

Joining CBRE in 2001, Ms. Lord’s prior position was Senior Vice President of Retail Asset Services in Hawaii.  In this role, she supervised and developed best practices for clients, specializing services specific to the needs of a variety of product types including open air centers, enclosed malls, mixed use, lifestyle, resort/hospitality, and luxury assets.  Ms. Lord was integral in the development of CBRE’s Resort Retail Services Division, a retail specialty group focusing on resort properties, tourist driven centers, hotels, and tenant representation.
