Michelle DeCosta is an Associate for the Office Properties Department in the Honolulu office of CB Richard Ellis Hawaii, Inc. She has been with CBRE Hawaii since December 2000 and is now primarily involved in the leasing of office space for various Kamehameha Schools properties.
Before becoming an Associate with CBRE Hawaii, Michelle was on assignment with the CBRE Facilities Management Team for Bank of Hawaii, from December 2000 to January 2004, providing project management services that included branch and department renovations along with department and staff relocations.
Prior to being employed by CBRE Hawaii, Michelle was employed by Contract Furnishers of Hawaii and Corporate Environments International as an Account Executive. With her extensive contract commercial furniture and project management experience, Michelle is able to provide her clients assistance and guidence with their relocation and furniture needs as well as their office space requirements.
