Roger is in the Retail Advisory Services Specialty at CB Richard Ellis. 

Roger has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 17 years, including exclusive engagements in retail tenant and landlord representation throughout the state of Hawaii and on the U.S. mainland.  Examples of his work with retailers, developers and investors include:  pre-leasing for new development projects and negotiating multiple market transactions for national tenants. 

Currently, Roger represents Target, Walgreens, Office Depot, and Kate Spade.  A recognized leader in the retail services area; Roger is a frequent speaker and participant at real estate conferences and seminars throughout the country. 

Together with his active involvement in the Hawaii business and civic community, Roger is well positioned to counsel clients nationwide with respect to the continuous changes in the retail industry and their direct application to the Hawaii real estate market.
