Rose Marie Pilarca joined CB Richard Ellis Investment Services in 1999.  Since joining the Specialty, she has been involved in the sale of more than $700 million of investment transactions throughout Hawaii, Guam and Saipan.

Her primary focus is in facilitating and coordinating the many efforts involved in marketing investment properties.  This would include creating, coordinating, researching, and editing content for property brochures and offering memorandums as well as a variety of other marketing materials; researching vital listing data, including property restrictions, exclusions, and any other details that affect the value of property; due diligence management; maintaining deal files; and monitoring escrow processes. 

Prior to her affiliation with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Rose Marie worked as a legislative aide and later as the Legislative Administrator for the House Finance Committee of the Hawaii State Legislature where she managed overall administrative operations.
