Scott Crockford has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and asset management since 1980, working mostly on the Island of Maui. Scott's experience includes representation of landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, new development and expansion consulting, tenant mix consulting, and property management.
Mr. Crockford's experience includes Queen Ka'ahumanu Center. Scott managed the $70 million major expansion and renovation of Maui's only regional mall. Through networking with the other retail properties in the State, Scott worked and developed relationships with many national and regional tenants in their entry and expansion in the Hawaii Market.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Scott was the Vice President of Commercial Property for 14 years with Maui Land & Pineapple Company. In this role, he was responsible for the company's commercial properties, including Queen Ka'ahumanu Center, Kapalua Resort, and Napili Plaza, along with being a member of the planning team for new projects. Previous to his tenure with Maui Land & Pinapple Co., he was a partner in Maui/Hawaii Realty & Management, Inc.
