Stephen Keil is a Senior Vice President of the Investment Division of CB Richard Ellis in Hawaii with over $50 million in sales transactions, including multi-family, industrial, retail and office properties. Since joining CB Richard Ellis in 1992, Mr. Keil has leased over 1.2 million square feet of industrial space.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Keil was involved in residential real estate in Hawaii specializing in investment property disposition and acquisition, vacant land sales and foreclosure opportunities. Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Keil has been involved in the sale of SunPoint Apartments, a $23.2 million multi-family project; the Intelect Building, a $6 million high tech facility in Mililani Technology Park; the NCR Building, a $5 million office building on Kapiolani Blvd.; and the Kapalama Industrial Center, a $4.6 million multi-tenant industrial project in Kalihi. Mr. Keil is currently on the listing team for Kenai Industrial Park, a 48-acre fee simple property next to the Barber's Point Harbor in Ewa.
