Andrew Reenders is a Senior Associate at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in the Office Services Division of the Honolulu office. Andrew specializes in Leasing, Acquisitions and Dispositions primarily focusing on office product.
Since joining CBRE in 2007, he has focused in leasing office properties in Honolulu’s Central Business District and the Kapiolani corridor.
Utilizing skills acquired as an economics major at the University of Hawaii, he takes an analytical yet flexible approach to all transactions. This approach has proven fundamental to his success in meeting the unique needs of his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew worked at the Lansco Corporation in Midtown Manhattan. Achievements
