Andrew D. Reenders is an Associate in the Office Properties Division in the Honolulu office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Andrew specializes in the leasing of office space to local, mainland and international corporations specifically in the medical, bio science and hi-tech professions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew specialized in Retail leasing in midtown Manhattan. Since joining CBRE in 2007, he has been involved in the leasing of the office properties in Honolulu's Central Business district, the Kapiolani corridor, and on Oahu's windward side..
After interning at CBRE in 2007 and obtaining his real estate license in 2008, Andrew has primarily focused on office leasing, utilizing skills he acquired as an Economics major at the University of Hawaii. Taking an analytical yet flexible approach to all transactions has proven fundamental to his success as each client has varying needs.
