Kalani Schrader is an executive vice president and office properties specialist in the Honolulu office of CB Richard Ellis. He has been with CB Richard Ellis since 1989 and is actively involved in representing tenants as well as both institutional and local property owners in the Hawaii marketplace. His 15 years of experience in representing landlords and owners provides the office specialty group with the personal relationships necessary between a property's exclusive agent, buyers and existing and prospective tenants, as well as with the local and national brokerage community.

Mr. Schrader has been responsible for designing and implementing specific marketing, leasing, and disposition programs for over 3 million square feet of new and existing commercial office space, and has been successfully involved in over 600 lease and sale transactions.
