Peter Grossman is an Associate with the Industrial Properties Specialty. His experiences include fifteen years in Asia with sales, general management and marketing. The five years prior to moving to Honolulu, he was General Manager of CWS Hong Kong, a successful business servicing property management and commercial clients. Mr. Grossman also served as Director of Sales, for Technical Concepts LP, commercial products division, responsible for developing the business in Korea, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. He served as Marketing Manager for the commercial division of Scott Paper Company Taiwan. While earning his MBA, he worked for American Express and was instrumental in establishing the International Department for the Western Region. Mr. Grossman’s Hawaiian real estate exposure has been in property sales, leasing and management. His strengths are in business development, cross cultural skills and he is also proficient in Mandarin Chinese. Achievements

- Developed and implemented marketing and sales strategies to increase year-on-year sales revenue by approximately 100% for four consecutive years.
- Created sales network in 12 Asian countries and trained 250+ sales professionals.
- Developed a $5MM sales portfolio and key strategic alliances (Kimberly Clark, Ecolab, Procter & Gamble and CWS) resulting in the company being acquired for $100MM+.
- Managed $17MM marketing budget for Scott Paper Taiwan.
- Has represented national clients in real estate transactions: AT&T, Block Buster, Terminex, DHL, Duty Free and Industries of the Blind.
