Kukui Grove Center is a 330,000 square foot open-air regional mall located in Kauai County anchored by Macy's, Sears, Longs Drug, and Star Market. Built in 1982, the mall suffered from termite damage, weak economic conditions after Hurricane Iniki (1992), and from increased competition from new strip and resort shopping centers. Retail
In March of 1997, CB Richard Ellis was given the assignment to exclusively sell the commercial office/retail space at Harbor Court, located at 55 Merchant Street in Honolulu's central business district. Harbor Court is a mixed-use leasehold condominium consisting of 201,000 square feet of Class A office/support retail, 120 luxury 2 bedroom/2 bath leasehold condominiums, and a 1,058 stall parking structure which opened in 1994.
