Security
Security for Harbor Court is provided 24 hours/day with on-site security staff, currently three security officers per shift. The on-site security staff regularly walk the property as well as monitor the 27 security cameras located in and about the building common areas and parking garage. After hour tenant access is provided by coded electronic building access cards.
Air Conditioning
The chilled water plant for Harbor Court consists of two 500-ton York Centrifugal Chillers and one 250-ton Jockey Chiller. The Jockey Chiller is automatically selected during low building loads by the state of the art Energy Management System.

After Hour air conditioning is available at the current discounted rate of $15.00 per hour. Please schedule with the management office 24 hours in advance.
Building Holidays:
Harbor Court provides janitorial service five days a week (Sunday through Thursday). Common area cleaning and maintenance is done continuously throughout the day during normal business hours.
Elevators
Six high speed passenger elevators service the office tower, one of which can be used as a freight elevator. Three elevators are dedicated to service floors 14-21 and the other three service floors 22-31. The freight elevator has a 12-foot high ceiling and a rear opening door used for freight service from the basement loading area. Three separate elevators service the building’s parking garage.
Parking
The parking ratio for office tenants in the project is 1/850. The enclosed secured parking structure consist of a total of 853 parking stalls, which includes 458 stalls dedicated to the City and County of Honolulu.
Ceiling Height
The typical finished ceiling height in Harbor Court is 9 feet, with a three foot plenum. Floors 14 & 31 currently have an open plenum ceiling system with a unique 20 foot slab to slab span.
Emergency Generator
A 500KW emergency generator provides power the building stairway and hallway emergency lighting, fire alarm system, security system, fire pumps and emergency load panels on each floor. In addition, it provides power to one elevator.
