• Represented Packaging Distribution Services in lease negotiations for their 102,000 SF warehouse in Eagan, Minnesota that resulted in client’s savings of $85,000 annually.
• Represented TomCat Investments in the sale of their two (2) industrial buildings totaling 126,000 sf.
• Represented Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa in negotiating leases for their retail locations, the sale of one retail location, and the purchase of land for the construction of another store.
• Represented Thornton Investments in placing three customers totaling 110,000 sf in Thornton Investments' industrial/ warehouse building.
• Represented Brothers V LTD in the sale of their 117,000 SF industrial building
• Placed State Savings Bank in a branch location in Central Iowa.
