• Coleen has represented a family trust for four years, working with them to successfully master plan and market a 220-acre site adjacent to a 200-acre General Growth lifestyle center. The resulting thirteen sites have been sold to users and developers achieving over 95% of the asking price.
• Colleen was part of a two-member team of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial professionals appointed as the exclusive, single point of contact representative for Maytag Stores nationwide.
• She represented Carlos O’Kelly’s Mexican Cafe in establishing six stores in threemidwestern states.
• She currently represents landlords/sellers in the leasing and sale of over 450,000 SF of retail space, and 2,000,000 SF of commercial land development.
• As a veteran in commercial real estate and a retail specialist, Colleen Johnson has erved national and local clients since 1985. Maytag Stores, Conoco, Inc., Carlos O’Kelly’s Mexican Cafes, Talbot’s and Blockbuster Video are among the retailers she has successfully represented.
