Philip Kreis joined CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial upon graduation from the University of Northern Iowa with a business degree specializing in real estate and finance. Working directly with Todd Millang, Philip provides strategic commercial real estate services to local, regional and national companies including the coordination and execution of market and site analysis, financial analysis, transaction management and long-term strategic planning.
