Tim Sharpe, along with his partner Linda Gibbs, manages the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group practice for the state of Iowa.  The Private Client Group is an initiative of CB Richard Ellis, the worldwide leader of real estate services.  The Private Client Group focuses on the needs of the individual investors providing acquisition, disposition and 1031 Exchange services for investors seeking opportunities in office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties.  Together, they have assembled a professional team that delivers the full complement of services that CB Richard Ellis offers on a national basis to their clients.  Collectively, Tim and Linda bring over 40 years of commercial real estate experience to the table.

Tim continues to be committed to providing the same quality service and creative real estate solutions which he built his solid reputation on.  Tim’s focus and expertise had been primarily in office and investment brokerage, which established him as an industry leader early on.  His knowledge of the marketplace and proven track record make Tim one of the most aggressive and successful brokers in the marketplace.  Prior to real estate, Tim’s ten-year background as a mechanical contractor, specializing in design build projects, gives him a unique technical perspective in assisting clients in the development process.

In 1990, Tim and Linda joined forces and formed a dynamic team combining their many years of experience and expertise in commercial real estate.  Their goal continues to be to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and , provide them with quality services based on a philosophy of honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Tim has been recognized throughout his CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial career with numerous awards including Top Producer, F. M. Hubbell Memorial Production Award and Heitmann Properties’ Deal Maker of the Year award.
