Carla Kallesen brings over 8 years of commercial real estate experience to the CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial Iowa Private Client Group, serving as a Client Relations Specialist and Sales Associate. Carla plays an integral role in supporting Tim Sharpe and Linda Gibbs of the Iowa Private Client Group, providing a full range of marketing resources, support services and innovative real estate solutions to the client.
Carla combines the integrity and brand recognition of Hubbell Realty Company with the extensive network and resources of CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate company, to best serve the team’s diversified investment clientele. She provides support in the sale and acquisition of investment properties including retail, office, industrial and multi-family.
