Significant Assignments

The Maytag Store - Maytag needed a preferred vendor to assist in site selection and negotiations. Todd Millang managed the execution of this process, nationwide, which helped to create a demand for these stores and brought credibility, market knowledge, and awareness to The Maytag Store concept.

Agricredit - Kevin Sullivan provided landlord representation services to Hubbell Realty Company in securing Agricredit Acceptance Corporation as the tenant.

The Equitable Building - Tim Sharpe and Linda Gibbs, of the Iowa Private Client Group, successfully marketed and sold a 19-story building in downtown Des Moines with no parking, deferred maintenance issues, and a potential vacancy rate of 73.4% in only three months by repositioning the property to an adaptive reuse and by accessing over 60,000 qualified investors throughout the country.
