Keith Puritz is a Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis' Industrial Properties group located in Bannockburn, Illinois. He has 21 years of expertise is in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties for corporate, institutional, and private companies on a local and national basis. He is experienced in the sales and leasing of industrial properties, lease renewal negotiations, the sales and acquisition of vacant land, investment sales and build-to-suit transactions.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Puritz was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield serving as an industrial broker in the Chicago metropolitan area from 1988 - 2002. During his 21-year career, he has completed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.4 billion. Achievements
