Keith brings 21 years of real estate experience to his clients.  In 2002, 2004 and 2005, Keith was #1 industrial producer for CB Richard Ellis Chicago, "top 15" nationwide, and #2 in 2006 - 2008.  Prior to joining CBRE, Keith was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield Chicago from 1988-2002.  In 2001, Keith was Cushman & Wakefield's top industrial producer for the entire midwest, "Top 100" for all brokerage professionals in the United States, and "Top 5" from 1995-2000.

Keith graduated from the University of Kansas in 1988. 

Brett A. Kroner, SIOR
Senior Vice President

In 2004 to 2008, Brett was the #2 industrial producer for CB Richard Ellis Chicago and "Top 10" industrial producer for 2003.  Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Brett was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield, and was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 1997.  From 1995-1996, Brett was employed by CB Commercial of Denver working as part of an industrial redevelopment team for the Stapleton Airport.

Brett graduated from Western Michigan University in 1995.  Brett played collegiate hockey while attending WMU.

Ryan S. Bain
Vice President

Ryan joined CB Richard Ellis in 2002 as part of the team focusing on business development.  Ryan graduated from Miami of Ohio in 2002 with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.

Zachary C. Graham
Senior Associate

Zach joined CB Richard Ellis in 2005 as part of the team focusing on business development. Zach graduated from Indiana University in 2003 with a B.S. in Management.

Victoria L. Gomez
Client Services Specialist

Victoria joined CB Richard Ellis in 2002 and has worked with the team since 1998.  Victoria previously worked for Northern Builders from 1994 - 1998.  In 2003 and 2007, Victoria was honored by CB Richard Ellis as the Client Services Specialist Of The Year.
