As Vice President of Marketing for the Americas, Jena Hollensteiner manages the enterprise-wide business development and marketing initiatives that support CB Richard Ellis offices. Jena and her teams are responsible for supporting the firm’s revenue generation, operational growth and brand integrity with innovative, high-quality business development and marketing strategies, products and processes.
From the industry’s best property marketing and on-the-ground transaction support to global corporate initiatives, Jena and her teams serve the unique business development and marketing needs of the world’s leading commercial real estate company. Jena works to develop and elevate the capabilities of CB Richard Ellis’ nearly 300 business development and marketing professionals through training and providing industry leading tools and resources. In addition, Jena manages CBRE’s U.S. Corporate Events team, which supports employee and client events. Jena also provides consultancy for developing international best-in-industry business development and marketing programs.
Jena is a senior member of the Corporate Communications & Marketing team with more than 20 years of commercial real estate marketing experience, and works closely with senior management and business line leadership to promote the CB Richard Ellis brand throughout every line of business. Jena’s commitment to CB Richard Ellis’ cultural evolution is also evidenced by her involvement in both the Women’s Network and CBRE Cares. Achievements
