Lillian joined CBRE in July 2003 as an Associate Director, specializing in transaction management services for retail disposition clients with multi-market portfolios. She is currently responsible for the national disposition of surplus properties for Food Lion, Wal-Mart, and Eckerd Pharmacy.
Lillian has a broad background in office, retail, and industrial leasing, design and construction management, as well as property management and administration. Prior to joining CBRE, Lillian provided project management services to DHL Worldwide Express to include real estate services as well as design and construction related services for over 75 DHL service centers located throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. At Archibald Candy Corporation, Lillian was responsible for negotiating new and renewal leases for Fannie May and Sweet Factory stores, as well as successfully negotiating numerous lease buyouts for Sweet Factory's unprofitable stores. Lillian spent over 20 years at Bank One directing and managing acquisitions, dispositions, and various lease negotiations.
