Lynda Gallagher is a Vice President working in the North Central Region of CB Richard Ellis. Ms. Gallagher has over 20 years of professional experience in the preparation, review and coordination of real estate appraisal and consulting assignments. She has appraised in over 18 states as well as the District of Columbia with her geographic focus being the Chicago MSA and State of Illinois; however, she often travels throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic for larger institutional quality retail and office assets. She manages a team of appraisers operating out of the Chicago Valuation & Advisory Services office.
Since 2002, Ms. Gallagher has specialized in the valuation of retail and mixed-use properties and has worked successfully with some of CBRE’s more prestigious clients. She leads the Chicago region Retail Valuation Team and is also a member of the Net Lease Investment Group and International Valuation Group for Valuation & Advisory Services. In addition, she specializes in Chicago CBD office properties as well as structured parking garages.
