Since joining CB Richard Ellis in 1997, Nena’s primary focus has been providing surplus property disposition services for major retailers on a regional or national platform.
With 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, Nena specializes in process driven disposition services and the coordination of transaction management for her clients. Her expertise includes portfolio assessment, strategic planning, financial analysis and transaction management services customized for the client. Currently, as single point of contact for Food Lion, Wendy’s, Brooks-Eckerds, Hannaford Brothers, and Darden Restaurants she coordinates assignments on a national basis. Nena’s list of clients has grown to incorporate CVS, McDonalds, Office Depot, Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, K-mart, and Darden Restaurants (Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Smokey Bones).
Nena’s recent significant assignments include: Food Lion, where she has facilitated $80 million in savings; Brooks-Eckerd - $20 million in savings; Wendy’s - $8 million in savings; CVS Pharmacy - $42 million in savings; Darden Restaurants - $31 million in savings and McDonald’s - $18 million in savings.
