Mr. Mazzocco joined the Global Corporate Services Division of CB Richard Ellis in July of 1993.  As an Executive Vice President, he leads a team of professionals providing strategic real estate solutions to major national and multi-national corporations and professional service firms on a national basis and global basis.  For thirteen years, Ray and his team have assisted clients in the areas of Portfolio Planning, Organizational Structure, Transaction Management and Financial Analysis.  Current clients include Aon, General Electric, Eastman Kodak, and Square D (Schneider Electric).

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Ray spent five years with LaSalle Partners in both the Services and Investment Divisions. Before entering the real estate field, Mr. Mazzocco enjoyed a successful career in marketing and management at IBM. His responsibilities included the management of national account relationships with such companies as Equitable Life, Quaker Oats, Morton International and USG.
