Nathan Lamb joined the CB Richard Ellis' Corporate Services Group in January 2006 as an Associate in the Downtown Chicago office. Mr. Lamb’s main focus is transaction management for corporate clients on a multi-market platform. Currently, he provides in-depth tenant representation and client services for Square D Company (Schneider Electric), Eastman Kodak Company, and Qualex, Inc.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lamb worked with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as a Transaction Manager for a Fortune 500 client. In this capacity, he was responsible for more than 85 retail acquisitions across the United States, within an 18-month period.
