Rachel Waymire joined the Downtown Office Tenant Representation Group at CB Richard Ellis in 2008 as an Associate, working with one of Chicago’s most successful tenant representation teams led by Lisa Konieczka and Cal Wessman.
Rachel brings a background in commercial real estate to CB Richard Ellis. Before joining CB Richard Ellis, she was an Associate with Grubb & Ellis and prior to that she was with Trammell Crow Company in Chicago. Previously, she was an assistant property manager with Landmark Realty in Southern California overseeing the management of nearly 1,600 residential apartments and supervisor of fifty-five resident managers. While there, she also assisted in the development and implementation of tenant retention programs.
