CBRE has secured one of Chicago’s most high profile mixed-use development opportunities situated on the Chicago river in the downtown core. The Waterview Tower, when completed, will be Chicago’s fifth tallest buildings with over 1.3MM square feet. This 90 story mixed-use tower will consist of high end multi-family, a premier hotel and 492 parking spaces.
