Andrew J. Sandquist is an Investment Specialist with CB Richard Ellis' Capital Markets Group in Oak Brook, Illinois. As a senior member of the Capital Markets Group, Mr. Sandquist specializes exclusively in originating sale-leaseback and net leased investment offerings throughout North America. In 2001, he assisted in the formation of CB Richard Ellis' National Net Leased Property and 1031 Exchange Group of which he is a senior member.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Sandquist spent four years as a principal in a middle market investment banking firm specializing in structuring exit strategies for owners of middle market manufacturing companies and owners of commercial real estate. Prior to this, Mr. Sandquist held a position as a Vice President in LaSalle National Bank's Commercial Banking Department. While at LaSalle National Bank, Mr. Sandquist specialized in advising and structuring leveraged ESOP financings for middle market clients. Mr. Sandquist also spent five years with The Northern Trust Company's Commercial Banking Department. While at Northern Trust, he specialized in advising and structuring tax-exempt financing transactions for health care, educational, social service and cultural organizations.
