Jonathan M. Wolfe is an Investment Specialist with CB Richard Ellis' Investment Properties Group in Oak Brook, Illinois. As a member of the Investment Property Group, Mr. Wolfe specializes exclusively in the placement of sale leaseback and single-tenant net leased investment offerings throughout North America.
Mr. Wolfe has more than six years of experience in commercial and investment banking. Mr. Wolfe utilizes his commercial banking and investment banking background to creatively structure, negotiate, price and finance leveraged real estate transactions.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Wolfe spent a brief period with a boutique consulting firm advising Fortune 500 clients on acquisition strategies and market expansion opportunities. Prior to this, Mr. Wolfe spent five years working at J.P. Morgan Chase and its predecessor, Bank One Corporation. Mr. Wolfe worked in a variety of roles in commercial and investment banking, including small and mid-sized business banking and investment grade securities origination, where Mr. Wolfe worked with energy and utility companies on fixed-income debt offerings. Mr. Wolfe also worked for Bank One in Tokyo, Japan, assisting senior leaders in strategy and planning for the Asia region, specifically on portfolio analysis and centralized reporting strategies.
