CBRE’s PCG—Chicago Suburban Office team was just awarded the investment sale listing for Oak Lawn Medical Center, a newly constructed 26,324 square foot medical office building in an infill location close to the prestigious Advocate Christ Hospital. Completed in June 2007, the building achieved full occupancy within 15 months of completion. No comparable space has been built in this market in the last 15 years.

Golf Mill Shopping Center is a 1,067,054 square foot enclosed shopping mall located at the busy intersection of Golf Road and Milwaukee Avenue in Niles, Illinois. Wendell Hollan, Mario Melone and Pam Miszkowicz represent ownership in leasing both indoor mall space and three outlots.

Vitas Healthcare Corp, the nation’s largest provider of end-of-life care, has signed a renewal and expansion for 29,575 sq. ft. at 580 Waters Edge Drive, Lombard.  Vitas Healthcare moved into the building in 1998, and is currently its largest tenant.

Perry Higa of CB Richard Ellis represented Vitas Healthcare Corporation in the transaction, while CB Richard Ellis’ Bill Elwood, Pete Adamo and Mark Georgas negotiated on behalf of the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors.

Located within the Oak Creek Center, 580 Waters Edge Drive is a 50,431-sq. ft.
