Robert Brennan and Andrew Sandquist are specialists in Sale Leaseback transactions and are members of the CB Richard Ellis Net Leased Properties Group. In a short time they have completed nearly $2 billion in acquisitions and dispositions of institutional office and industrial investment assets. Together, they have nearly 40 years of experience in managing client relationships, evaluating real estate portfolio strategy and underwriting complex financial transactions for investors.

With a background in public accounting, Robert Brennan brings a wealth of underwriting experience into each transaction. With an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management and significant experience in commercial and investment banking, Andrew Sandquist has an in-depth understanding for real estate portfolio strategy and the capital markets.

In 2006 the Group expanded with the addition of Jonathan Wolfe, who has an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management and significant experience in commercial and investment banking.
