Bill Frain is currently a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis Industrial Services Group. Mr. Frain has 22 years of highly specialized experience in Brokerage and Corporate Services involving sales and leasing of industrial facilities, build-to-suits and land sales. A CBRE veteran coming initially to the firm in 2003 following its merger with Insignia/ESG, Mr. Frain rejoined the firm in 2008 following a two-year stint at The Staubach Company. Throughout this career, he has negotiated transactions valued at approximately $1 billion.
Mr. Frain is a member of the CB Richard Ellis Supply Chain Solutions Practice Group, which is a group of highly experienced industrial specialists with a specific goal to serve the interests of clients seeking to optimize their distribution network and development real estate strategies. Mr. Frain provides a wide range of services for his clients, from consulting to brokerage services, where he is consistently recognized as a trusted advisor.
He is an accomplished representative of both tenants/users and owners/landlords of industrial real estate on a local and national basis. He has successfully succeeded the goals of his respective clients. Mr. Frain was the “Top Industrial Producer” for CB Richard Ellis in 2003 for the Chicago region. Mr. Frain was a member of the team which received the Chicago and National Cooperative SIOR transaction of the year award in 2007. Mr. Frain has also received the CoStar Group Power Broker designation.
