Bill is currently a Senior Vice President in the Chicago region Industrial Services Group and is the leader of the firm’s Global Supply Chain Practice Group. He is responsible for developing and implementing local and national real estate solutions for clients with diverse needs. He focuses on assisting corporate users of industrial space in repositioning their distribution and manufacturing networks by providing results driven integrated services.
Bill has significant experience advising and representing companies in the food service, retail distribution, consumer products, and other industrial companies. Mr. Frain also has significant expertise in valuation, change in use analysis and strategic asset disposition.
A CBRE veteran coming initially to the firm in 2003 following its merger with Insignia/ESG, Mr. Frain rejoined the firm in 2008 following a two-year stint at The Staubach Company. Throughout his 24-year career, he has negotiated transactions valued in excess of $1 billion.
