Over 30 years ago, Barry Sturges founded Sturges, Griffin, Trent & Co., a full-service real estate company, which became Northern Indiana's largest commercial/industrial real estate service provider. With a need to increase national and worldwide exposure, Barry affiliated his company with CB Richard Ellis in 1998 forming CB Richard Ellis/Sturges.
Mr. Sturges is the Senior Executive Managing Director and is responsible for managing the company's Fort Wayne office. Barry is involved in all aspects of the real estate spectrum, including new business development; large office, commercial and office brokerage; property and facility management; and residential development. - Built the largest commercial/industrial real estate services firm in Northern Indiana.
- Manages over 3 million square feet of property with an asset value of over $250,000,000.00.
- Has been the brokerage agent for over 7 million square feet of real estate.
