Karen Spake, SIOR, has been in the real estate profession since 1975 and in commercial real estate for over 30 years specializing in industrial, office and investment properties. She has received the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Karen joined the CB Richard Ellis/Sturges team in 1998.
Ms. Spake was a former Director of the State Network of Commercial-Industrial Realtors, the Indiana Association of Realtors, the Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, and the Embassy Theatre Centre. She served as the President of the Indiana/Kentucky Chapter of SIOR, is a Board Member of the Dave Heffner International Foundation, and is the Chairperson for the Northeast Indiana Commercial & Industrial Brokers.
