Amy Burmeister is a Senior Associate in the Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group. Since joining the team, she has been involved in more than $1 Billion in transactions. In the Indianapolis office of CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Burmeister is one of the top producing brokers and is proud to be part of one of the highest grossing teams.

Ms. Burmeister leverages her 10 years of multi-housing experience to strategically advise apartment owners in their real estate decisions. Her commitment, creative thinking and analytical skills ensure that each of the team’s clients receive best-of-class service at all levels including ongoing asset analysis, exit strategy, sales negotiations and transaction management.    

In her first year as a producer at CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Burmeister earned “Rookie of the Year” for the Indianapolis office. She also went on to earn the title of Senior Associate in the shortest time possible at CB Richard Ellis.
