Amy Burmeister joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999 and has focused exclusively on the sale of multi-housing property throughout the state of Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. Since that time she has been involved in excess of $550 million in Multi-Housing transactions. In addition to her brokerage responsibilities, Ms. Burmeister manages the operations of the Multi-Housing group and directs the financial underwriting and market analysis.
