As Managing Director of the Indianapolis office, David Reed is focused on understanding the needs and expectations of clients and is committed to their complete satisfaction. He directs over 30 real estate professionals and is active in new business development, property management, brokerage and investment services in Central Indiana. Professional Experience David Reed joined CB Richard Ellis in 2003 as Managing Director of the Indianapolis office and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, David spent ten years with Duke Realty Corporation, where he received numerous performance awards as a Senior Leasing Representative, specializing in industrial properties, build-to-suits, and third-party construction. At Duke he closed more than 500 transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet, with a market value in excess of $300 million. Previously he was a commercial real estate broker and director of leasing for MPA for eight years.
