Tim Hoffman is an investment broker on the Indianapolis Investment team specializing in the sale of income-producing retail, single-tenant and office properties. Within the CB Richard Ellis Investment Properties platform, Tim is a member of the Private Client Group where he specializes in representing private investors in the disposition of assets uniquely suited to the private capital area. As a member of the CBRE Private Client Group, Tim has access to a national shared database containing over 125,000 private capital investors from coast to coast. Prior to joining CBRE, Tim spent time in commercial real estate lending as a portfolio manager and junior loan officer for Harris Bank in Chicago and Old National Bank in Indianapolis.
