Arbonne International, Inc. - The Indianapolis market was one of five being considered to fulfill Arbonne's requirement for a 208,737 SF state-of-the-art distribution center, which is now located in Greenwood, IN. This center serves approximately two-thirds of the United States for Arbonne, allowing 99% of orders to be delivered within three days. "Arbonne has been experiencing explosive growth over the past several years. Our new facility is a critical addition to help us keep up with that growth and improve our ability to ship packages to consultants and their customers in a timely manner," said Carol Hukari, Senior Vice President of Operations. The team of Jim Surber (Newport Beach, CA), and Tom Cooler and Mark Writt (Indianapolis) represented Arbonne on this project.

Case New Holland - The CBRE transaction team of Bob Christy and George Jones (Houston), Bob Reaumond and Hank Cox (Bannockburn), and Tom Cooler and Mark Writt (Indianapolis) represented Case New Holland in a transaction for a $28.7 million build-to-suit warehouse and distribution campus at Duke Realty's Lebanon Business Park. The campus, where Case New Holland moved in December 2003, encompasses an 842,000 SF national parts distribution canter and a 250,000 SF worldwide export parts center. This team provided Case New Holland with a suitable facility in a master planned development that fit all of the company's requirements.

 

Duke Cleveland East Suburban Portfolio - The Indianapolis Investment Properties team spearheaded a team effort to handle the disposition of Duke's East Suburban Office Portfolio in the Cleveland, OH area. The portfolio consists of six Class A office buildings totaling 895,000 square feet and closed in March 2007. The exclusive listing advisors were John Merrill and Andy Banister.

 

Lakeshore Apartments - This was an exceptional value-add and development opportunity and is in a premier A+ location. This apartment community is comprised of 740 units in Indianapolis, IN. The exclusive listing advisors for this property were Steve LaMotte and Amy Burmeister of the Indianapolis Multi-Housing Group.

 

Meridian Plaza - Leasing was obtained on three northside Class A office buildings totaling 305,122 SF. The leasing team is led by John Vandenbark and Dan Richardson.

 

Millennium is a very unique 714 unit apartment community completed in 2005. The property is well-located in Bloomington, Indiana - home of Indiana University. This property closed in mid 2007. The exclusive listing advisors for this property were Steve LaMotte and Amy Burmeister of the Indianapolis Multi-Housing Group.
