Arbonne International, Inc. - The Indianapolis market was one of five being considered to fulfill Arbonne's requirement for a 208,737 SF state-of-the-art distribution center, which is now located in Greenwood, IN. This center serves approximately two-thirds of the United States for Arbonne, allowing 99% of orders to be delivered within three days. "Arbonne has been experiencing explosive growth over the past several years. Our new facility is a critical addition to help us keep up with that growth and improve our ability to ship packages to consultants and their customers in a timely manner," said Carol Hukari, Senior Vice President of Operations. Case New Holland - The CBRE transaction team of Bob Christy and George Jones (Houston), Bob Reaumond and Hank Cox (Bannockburn), and Tom Cooler and Mark Writt (Indianapolis) represented Case New Holland in a transaction for a $28.7 million build-to-suit warehouse and distribution campus at Duke Realty's Lebanon Business Park. The campus, where Case New Holland moved in December 2003, encompasses an 842,000 SF national parts distribution canter and a 250,000 SF worldwide export parts center. This team provided Case New Holland with a suitable facility in a master planned development that fit all of the company's requirements. |
