John Merrill | Senior Vice President, Institutional Group
John Merrill has over 20 years of commercial real estate development, operations, finance, and brokerage experience. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, John was Vice President and Treasurer of Duke Realty Investments with operational responsibility for the company's 2 million square foot portfolio. In 1993, when Duke Realty Investments merged with Duke Associates, he was appointed Director of Financial Analysis and was responsible for overseeing the financial underwriting of the combined company's acquisition and development activities. Prior to his commercial real estate career, John was a certified public accountant for Price Waterhouse Cooper's Indianapolis office. |

Gary Woodworth | Senior Vice President, Private Client Group
Gary Woodworth has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business and has been a member of the Indianapolis Investment Properties team since 1999. He is one of the founding members of CBRE’s Private Client Group and currently sits on that group’s advisory board. With a specific focus on Healthcare related real estate, he is a member of CBRE’s national Healthcare Capital Markets group and also serves on that group’s advisory board. He has extensive background in asset and property management having been a part of Duke Realty’s senior property management team for nearly 15 years prior to joining CBRE. Gary has been active in numerous real estate organizations including the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, ICSC, BOMA, CIREA where he obtained the CCIM designation and currently serves on the Indiana Chapter’s board, and IREM where he was a former CPM, local Chapter President in 1992 and CPM of the Year in 1993. |

Andy Banister | First Vice President, Private Client Group
Focusing on investment properties, Andy Banister uses his 20+ years of commercial real estate experience to deliver complete real estate advisory and transaction services to global, regional, and local corporate clients. With a background in leasing, investment sales, real estate development and finance, Andy brings a unique level of experience and skills to his client relationships.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Andy served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for two real estate development companies for over seven years. As Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, and head of the development team for the Vantage Companies, he was responsible for the development of over one million square feet of suburban industrial and office projects valued at over $50 million. |

Tim Hoffman | Associate, Private Client Group
In his brokerage role Tim is part of the CBRE Private Client Group, where he focuses on serving Private Capital Investors in the disposition of Retail and Office assets throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. Tim's expertise is in understanding capital markets, accessing local and national private capital investors, as well as developing marketing strategies for investment properties dispositions.
Prior to joining CBRE Tim worked in commercial real estate lending for three years as a portfolio manager for financial institutions in both Chicago and Indianapolis. In 2004, Tim joined the Indianapolis Investment Properties Team as the team's designated financial analyst and was involved in the underwriting of nearly $800 million in investment sales transactions. |

Michael Sands | Financial Analyst
As a member of the Indianapolis Investment Properties team, Mr. Sands serves as the team's financial analyst focusing on the underwriting of income-producing office, industrial, medical, and retail transaction in the Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Louisville markets.
Prior to joining the team, Mr. Sands spent eight years in commercial banking as an analyst, underwriter, and portfolio manager specializing in the analysis and debt structure of existing and new income-producing properties, multi-family properties, and land development. Mr. Sands maintains an intimate knowledge of ARGUS software and utilizes state-of-the-art underwriting resources to provide institutional and private clients with custom underwriting in order to maximize the value of each and every transaction. |
