Amy joined CB Richard Ellis|Louisville in 2007. She previously worked for Commercial Kentucky/Cushman Wakefield. Amy joins a team that has over 60 years of combined commercial real estate experience. Amy brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm in meeting our clients’ needs in selling and leasing office space. She has represented clients in both the sale and leasing aspects of the Office Brokerage business. Prior to her introduction into commercial real estate, Amy worked as a broker for First Residential Mortgage where she won Broker of the Year in 2005. She then went on to help them set up a new marketing campaign and online brand as SurePoint Lending and built a sales team around that brand.
