David Hardy is the Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis|Louisville, an affiliate office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc., and oversees the office properties team in Louisville, Kentucky. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the areas of landlord representation, seller representation and tenant representation.
David had been with Grubb & Ellis/Commercial Kentucky and its predecessor firm, Commercial Kentucky, since 1993. His resume also includes work with Group Financial Partners, HFH Development Co. and Harry K. Moore & Son Realtors. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and studied law at the University of Louisville. Achievements
