David Seay has been active in the commercial real estate suburban market for the past 15 years, primarily in the area of landlord representation. David has extensive experience in negotiating real estate transactions of income producing real estate. He has a strong market knowledge, which is focused on the suburban office market, as well as creative ideas for the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and a solid history of sales success. David has a proven ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet time frames and organizational goals.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis|Louisville in 2008, David was the leasing manager for more than 10 years with IPC REIT, handling their Louisville portfolio of 11 properties.
