Doug Butcher joined CBRE|Louisville in April 2001, focusing his efforts on Industrial Services. Doug spends his time developing new accounts in the landlord/seller representation arena, as well as in investment opportunities in the Louisville, Kentucky area.
Since joining CBRE|Louisville's Industrial Services, Doug has represented landlords such as ProLogis, Circuit City and DCT in leasing local facilities. During his career at CBRE|Louisville, Doug has represented clients such as Buske, Dakkota Integrated Systems, Expeditors, Kroger, Derby Industries, UPS and Blockbuster. Within the industrial investment segment, Doug has represented Kansas City Life, Hollingsworth Properties, Holm Industries and Oxford Real Estate Advisors.
Doug is a member of the Leadership Louisville Foundation - Ignite Louisville, CB Richard Ellis Special Properties Group, the Young Real Estate Professionals of Kentuckiana and CREW-Louisville. Doug is a member of the Board of Directors of the local chapters of the March of Dimes and the Kentucky ALS Association. He participates on the March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Achievements Committee and volunteers with the Special Olympics. Doug is the 2008 Corporate Co-Chair for the Louisville Walk to Defeat ALS. He is on the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Louisville Day Treatment, a program for troubled youth. Doug is also on the Kentucky Association for Economic Development Membership Committee.
