Eric joined CBRE|Louisville in November 2004. Prior to his role as Senior Associate at CBRE|Louisville, Eric served first as a Sales Representative for a medical devise manufacturer, then as Regional Sales Manager, and eventually serving as a National Account Manager for a service company in Louisville, KY. Eric has consistently maintained a high level of success and attributes his success to his client-focused business practice. His list of national clients include UPS, Sara Lee, American Standard, Penske Logistics, and Travelex Services. Additionally, the list of national owners he has represented includes ProLogis, DCT Industrial, KTR Capital Partners and Principal Global Investors.
