Frank joined CB Richard Ellis|Louisville after three years as a Director of Real Estate for Acton Enterprises, Inc. (Shoe retailer operating under the trade names Shoe Sensation and Sports Sensation). Responsibilities included new store site acquisition, lease negotiations, and lease administration for this 100-store chain. This Jeffersonville, Indiana based company operates stores throughout the mid-west primarily in enclosed malls and fashion anchored strip centers.
Prior to his experience at Acton Enterprises, Frank was associated with Lane Consultants, a commercial real estate firm based in Lexington, Kentucky. His primary focus was on tenant representation for the retail industry in Louisville, Lexington, and throughout the state of Kentucky.
Frank currently focuses on landlord representation and disposition.
